A natural born salesman, Jeff has always had a passion for real estate. After seeing success as an investor, he decided it was time to make his passion his career. So, in 2002, Lottmann Realty Group was born. Because his business and practical experience differentiate him from his competition, Jeff is the “go-to” real estate agent for hundreds of families and real estate investors throughout the course of their lives. When Jeff isn’t advocating for his clients, his hobbies include spending time with his three children, coaching their various sports activities, boating, volunteering, and golfing.
Growing up watching his father buy and sell homes in St. Louis, it’s no surprise Chase Lottmann developed a passion for the real estate market. With a double major in finance and political science and a minor in political communication from Saint Louis University, he brings a fresh energy to delivering the excellent service that Lottmann Realty Group clients have come to expect. While his father’s example first sparked Chase’s interest in real estate, it’s his love of helping people that ultimately drove him to pursue his license. He is excited about not only guiding clients through a smooth buying or selling process, but getting to know them, their goals, and their families along the way. A proud native St. Louisan and a true people person, Chase sees real estate as a collaborative process between agent and client – and he is eager to help families find their place in the city he loves. When he’s not working, Chase enjoys exercising with his labs, Blue and Buster, as well as exploring the St. Louis restaurant scene.
John Seiler is excited to serve Lottmann Realty Group clients by bringing his decades of sales, business management, and customer service experience to their real estate journeys. A stellar negotiator and aggressive dealmaker, John is passionate about working as an advocate for his clients to help them achieve their goals.
Personally and professionally, John lives his life by the Heraclitus quote, “Our character is our destiny.” Working with families and individuals across St. Louis, John combines a client-focused work ethic with exceptional problem-solving and creativity. His enthusiasm, motivation, and quick-thinking help him bring people and properties together – even in the most competitive of markets. In his free time, John loves strength training, socializing with friends, and spending time with his wife.
